Refund policy

Please contact us at here to start your return. 

  • You have 60 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us. Orders past 60 days will not be accepted.
  • All products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for a return. 
  • Please note that some items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Products with a manufacturer's warranty
  • Products that have been personalized or made to your specification
  • Sale items
  • Breast pumps and toilet training products
  • Exclusive collaborations
  • Furniture
  • Oversized items as noted on the product page

Products that are not returnable are clearly marked Final Sale on the product and cart page. 

Products that do not meet these criteria or are returned in non-sellable condition will be donated and no refund or credit offered. 


Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment less the original shipping fee charged. 

Due to different payment providers, it may take 10-15 business days for this to appear on your statement. 


Currently, we do not offer exchanges.  

Price Adjustments

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has yet to ship.
